Once the raw materials pass through our rigorous safety and quality checks, we employ high-powered vacuums to transport the pellets and resin to our cutting-edge injection molding machines. With the plastic in its malleable state, our machines inject it into small cone molds. What sets us apart is our commitment to precision and detail. Before the plastic cools, the cones are placed into a blow mold, where air is gently introduced, perfectly shaping the plastic into the mold’s design. The result?
